Get setup for HubIT Online-Designathon
Dear participants,
I want to share some important instructions for this weekend.
We will start the weekend off (Friday 17:30 CET) with a short plenary meeting online.
This is the link to the session:
https://tu-berlin.zoom.us/j/66060833908?pwd=dW85TC9iUXpzcDdUK3ppMU0yREJsQT09
At 17:30 CET we will briefly discuss the scope of the event, how you can communicate and form teams.
At 18:00 CET, Dr. Delia Stefenel will give a presentation on the topic:
What does it feel like studying online? Assessing the impact of e-learning on youth emotional health and well-being during Covid-19 pandemic
After the talk, you can ask questions and finish assembling a team.
If you don't have a team yet or still need support in your team we encourage you to pitch your idea during this part of the session.
Briefly outline your idea and tell the other participants what skills and knowledge you still need in your team.
If you just joined you might have missed the last updates. you can read them here: https://hubit-designathon.devpost.com/updates
We're using Devpost to showcase all your projects and support the judging. If you haven't yet you need to register now and submit your projects before the deadline (Sun Dec 06, 2020, at 17:30 CET), both at this link:
https://hubit-designathon.devpost.com/
1. Have EVERY person on your team go to the link above and click Register for this hackathon. (You must all create Devpost accounts.)
2. One person from each team will Enter a Submission (which is a button you'll see after you Register). Where it asks you to add your teammates' email addresses, make sure to use the same ones they used to create their Devpost accounts.
3. Submit early and include as much information as you can, so you won't be rushed toward the end. And remember, you can keep updating your project until the deadline.
That’s it for now, happy designing, hacking, and making!
